Mega Man 9: Rantview (PS3. 360, Wii)
This is my "rantview" of Mega Man 9 that came out over a month ago.
I made my first Rantview thinking that I came up with the term. (I titled the video with that before searching it. Doh!) Since, it is not original, I am asking my fans who actually read the descriptions to help me think of a name for them. Let me know and you can name this style!

When it comes to playing Nintendo Wii, first of all you need to have interest in playing games, any games at all. If you are not a gamer, then Wii sounds useless to you. Of course, you will need to have the money to buy the console and other accessories you want but I can guarantee that you will have a good time playing games on Wii.
Is The Wii The Best Console For First Person Shooters?
There has always been a lot of debate about the way the First-Person Shooter type of game has developed on games consoles. The big question is whether the future of shootering games lies with high quality graphics or innovation of ideas within then game. Gaming enthusiasts most often think it should be both which we would all agree with but a lot of the game developers seem to go for one element or the other.
Nintendo has gone for innovation because they have been in the business for many years and they know what gamers want. While gamers will always come to expect better and better graphics, engaging gameplay will always last longest. Developers such as Epic, on the other hand, seem to believe that gameplay will continue to be enhanced through better and better graphics. Perhaps, in a way, both ways of thinking are true and some people will always be most impressed by the graphics while others just enjoy playing the game. So, should first-person shooter developers be concentrating solely on graphically powerful consoles like the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3? Whatever your thoughts, here are three reasons why I think the future of shooters will be with the Nintendo Wii.
The first reason is that the Wii is an advance far ahead of the competition. The technology powering the Wii Remote takes gaming to a whole new level and nothing else this major has taken place in video game history for years, and the recently announced MotionSense attachment will make the controller even more accurate. The user experience will just get better and better over time.
The MotionSense, also known as the MotionSense Plus, will give you more realistic game play by enhancing the accuracy and sensitivity of the Wii controller.
Reason number two is the Wii is extremely accessible. It's shooters are easier to pick up and play than on just about any other console, and its controls rival the aiming precision of the PC itself. A video game console has never been this close to surpassing the PC in this area. It is surprising that utilization of this technology wasn't done before the wii arrived.
The last of my three reasons is that the Wii is an immersive game playing system. There is much more to the motion-sensing technology than is immediately apparent and anybody can understand the basics to controlling a game. Games with motion sensing are simply more realistic and enjoyable to play than those without and the reason is that the motion sensing technology mimics real life, whether you play a first person shooter or other type of video game.
Making motions in real-life that directly correspond to the display on the TV is the most obvious yet revolutionary and innovative step we have seen in the home gaming market for a long, long time. The motion sensing technology in the Wii increases the connection between gamer and the game, resulting in a rich user experience that makes it very difficult to return to the "old" way of playing.
All of the above reasons point to this simple conclusion. For first-person shooter developers in these times of great change in the gaming industry, the Wii is going to be the place to be. Nintendo has such a head start that it will take the rival consoles literally years to catch up.
