The Internet is not any different. Plenty of sites have been created with functionality and usability in mind. You are now able to find websites which have been developed to allow you to plan your online time more effectively. They vary from a bookmarks manager, password safes and personalized homepage.
A bookmarks manager will really save you time and change your work process. Unfortunately, a lot of them have a more basic style. It will be interesting to see how they evolve over time as more people expect functionality that is displayed in a well designed end product.
